Every TileKit is packed by hand in our Barcelona studio and sent with a tracking number.

Gift cards are emailed straight after payment, with nothing to post.
UK orders: prices include UK VAT, which we collect at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Something missing or damaged?
Every kit is checked before it leaves, but if a piece is missing or broken, email info@alhambramosaic.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send replacements free of charge.
Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Tell us by email, then send the kit back unused and in its original packaging within a further 14 days. We refund the price of the goods and the standard shipping you paid, within 14 days of getting the kit back. Return postage is paid by you unless the kit was faulty.
Because a kit can’t be resold once its tiles have been painted or glued, if a kit comes back used we may reduce the refund to reflect that, up to its full price.
Unused gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
